Add a coat hanger and some tin foil, and you have my PC.

Is that cooking oil thing for real? Because I just tried it, and my PC suddenly isn't working. Is it a certain oil you need to use, like olive, or corn? I'm using regular canola, can anyone help me please?

If its a joke, then I AM NOT LAUGHING!! NOT FUNNY!!

@Tikigod:

Years ago, a company known as 'Heathkit' used to sell amateur radio equipment--one of the many items was a dummy-load. It had an rf connector on the top lid of a gallon can of mineral oil attached to a very large resistor immersed in the oil.

You'd attach your transmitter to it and blast away while you made PWR up adjustments.

cheers,

Looks like it's survived one too many depth-charge attacks.

Save your renown for an upgrade.
