Targeting Neutrals
I am in a campaign 1939. Flotilla Weddigen.
I occasionally see "neutrals". After reading U-boat War, I found that Hitler did not want neutrals targeted for political reasons. I think it was sometime in 1940, after the fall of France that he allowed such. Is there a renown "penalty" if I attack neutral shipping? thanks |
