Simple Mod for A Beginner

Periscope.tga is the Periscope mod I downloaded.

But what do I do with this file. Where do I copy it.

I am not new to SH3 just Mod's.

I have justme, but I wanted to try a simple mod first.

Does the periscope tga. comes ready for jsgme mod enabler cause if not you'll have to install it manually, and manually it's just drag and drop the tga. file into its apropriiate directory inside SHIII Data folderMenu gui i think....
