Free prog for capturing internet streams media player ?

Stuff from Volvo Ocean Race I'd like to capture, but can' t.
I checked tucows, but cant find the utility I need...

I have two of them at home - so yeah they exist, but haven't used them in a couple years and forgot what name they are. Give me a bit and I'll let you know the names (having brain block right now)

THere are a ton of payware ones, but the free ones that I have work just as well.

I used to have a prog called VCRstreambox. I never used it for this purpose though. It was mentioned as 'banned in the USA' on a site I found this very day :hmm: I might be able to find it in my pile of cd-Rs.

If you've got something else, please let me know
