Better laws? what better laws, its illegal and the crims face jailhouse time or huge fines they can never pay off.. give a man a fine of $2 mill and he is forced to do more crime to pay it off...

Have a standalone Linux server running on a piece of junk computer in other words any old machine will do as linux will just about run on the oldest PC's out there. i.e a Pentium 200mhz with 128 ram and 32mb card will run Linux Redhat 7, SUSE or Debian with ease. Setup the firewall, apache, and all the other hundreds of internet software that comes available with linux.

Then client your fast computer thats running winxp networked to Linux.

No worries - You got a very good chance of the computer bots skipping linux PC's and looking for a window user instead, yet they wont find your windows pc cos its hiding behind a deadly Linux fortress.

Blah why run MSWinhoes at all.. Just run Linux as your WorkStation
