Making a zip file

OK OK probably a simple answer but I don't know how to make a Zip file.

I have been bulding some misions and I can do the MU file, and send them but I notice everyone make a zip file, and I don't know how.

On any compressible item, when you right click you should see (Send to), something like the image below. After that chose compressed files. It should start a wizard.
