Default Effectiveness of 1000,2000lb and Mobile Mines ?

I have yesterday played the Mission: Russian Invasion. There i used a p3 to lay Mines in the Gaps of stationary Minefields auf Moored Mines.
After the Laying the Minechain have only small gaps of 500 or 800 Yards.

Now the Russian Ships closing and overdriving the Minefield but NO Mine exploded??. The Amphibeus Landing Ship an a support ship passes one 2000lb Mine at 200 Yards to 100 yards or closer and a Moored Mine at 50 or closer Yards !!!.
A Hovercraft passes a 1000lb at 50 Yards an now DETONATION.
Whats going Wrong with the Ships or the Mines??

The whole Work for the Exact Lay of the Mines is by the Evil with that !!

Greeetings

Another thing that I found interesting was that according to the unsi reference, the 1000lb mine has a larger warhead. Why not use 1000lb then?

The 1000lb has a bigger Warhead?!! why these??
the 2000 lb havew to be a bigger warhead .Due the heavier weight it seems to be logic thats it is.

Is this an Error in the Database?. Not the first....

Greetings

I can confirm that mines are working in the LW/Ami mod as long as they are not set to the bottom. They detonate by proximity at a range of about 200 yards, IIRC.

The range of the seekers is only 100m max in all directions.

If the ship was 50m away and the mine was over 50m deep, then it would not explode.

Also, the USNI is incorrect, the 2000 lbs mine has a larger warhead and deeper operational depth than the 1000 lbs mine in the database.
