Siegeswimpel Watch Join Date: Feb 2003 Location: U.K. Midlands. Posts: 24 Downloads: 0 Uploads: 0	1.4b patch wont load I had to reload sh3 today. Downloaded the 1.4b patch but when I tried to run it a message told me that it could not run because: C:\sh3.dll: file missing any suggestions or would be really appreciated. gary.
