Hello

I need an advice please

I would like to modify (a little) the torpedoes power. Bit I don't understand all the terms in the tweaker.
I think this is in Torpedoes_zon.txt : MinEF and MaxEF.

Is it right ?
And for a lightly greater effect, how much have I to change the numbers ? What proportion ?

Just add 15-20% or so to the current values.
