Default Snorkel visibility fix files

Since I am still new to this game, please help me understand something about the snorkle fix files.

In the new 16 km Atmosphere V2 mod it says:
data\Library\Sensors.dat
- *NEW* Snorkel wakes & reflections added (also sensors.val). -Sergbuto
- Max visual distance alterred. -Rulle34,Manuel Ortega
- RWR ranges(player u-boat only) enhanced. -Jungman

In the new RUb v1.45 mod it says:
Added Snorkel visibility fix. Mod by Jungman (data\Library\AI_Sensors.dat)

My question is, is this the same snorkel visibility fix ??? And if it is, will the two files conflict or will one override the other ???
