Correction for Compressed Air dial - request for help

I find these diferent values for compressed air at the same time.

This is at Foreboard dial:

This is at Aftboard dial:

Right value is 200.

How can I correct this value ?

I checked dial.cfg, but all values are the same.

Any idea, pls ?

Known bug since the start of game. No known solution.

Interior 3D dial is wrong and hard coded.

That's Pascal Dials from last modification pack (downloadable from terrapien site). I like his dials modification
