In the list of improvements I read the following:
Quote:
Further, regarding the crew cheering after a Torpedotreffer - not while rigged for silent running, I trust? I'd find out myself, but I'm stuck with my laptop for another two weeks, and won't be playing SH3 for that duration ![]() |

My stop button never worked. Even in the out-of-box install. I would click the sop button and it would stop for a second then start again. I just turned the music off completely.

No - unless you've music turned off, when you stop the gramaphone the dynamic music will start up again. Sometimes this is extremely irritating. Thus the silence file.

Hmmm... come to think of it, I was unable to make that stop button work as well. Too bad, because I don't find it realistic to play grammophone records when rigged for silent running (not that it has an actual impact on the game, but still). If the 10-minute silence track is the best way to fix it, that's cool. Thanks, guys.
