Freezes and bad rendering after loading save.

Hi!, i'm having an issue, if i start a new career i can't do my firtst patrol for days with ni problems.

But when i load, in my case, glitches of all kind happen.

First, the sub exterior is not rendering properly, is a greyed out layer only.

Second, after a few minutes or if a raise the periscope, game freezes, everytime, and i have to restart the PC.

Don't know what to do yet.

Help please.
