Default Jane's 688(i) conversion

Ahoy. My summer project is completed. I was able to do it with a little ASUS transformer 32 bit that could reliably run the Sub Command editor. I could then take those conversions and run them in the DW editor. It was a lot of work and editing, but they should be good. All but a few of the training missions. 27 in total. I don't have a hosting service, so I need a way to post the zip file.

The ship is the USS Boise, SSN 764, since that is where I was born and raised. This is just in time for my Dad's 60 year anniversary of Joining the Navy. Tonkin Gulf, USS Long Beach, OS2. Here's to you dad!

Default welcome back!

replicant! You have fallen prey to the infamous 7-year-itch; and resurfaced from a loooong 'silent
run' (almost 8-years)!

Thanks Replicant - why not upload to Subsim?

It's pretty straightforward

Cheers mate

I clicked on the link that connects to permission to upload a file. It seems it sent a PM, but I have not heard anything back. I am more than happy to upload the zip file, I must be missing something. Thanks.

Thanks Replicant - when you click on 'Mods', in the 'Navigation' section, do you have 'Add' included?

That's how you can upload.

Just wanted to check

Stew

No. I tried the mods link from the forum and the website. I get redirected to a bar that asks if I want to become one of the modmen. It sends a private message for what I what I assume asks for permission. I have not seen a reply.

Thanks.

Ah, ok, Replicant - hopefully Onkel Neal or one of the other big-wigs will see this and hopefully be able to help.

Just wanted to ask - are the converted missions for the vanilla version of DW - or RA or Lwami?

Cheers Replicant - hope to give it a try soon

I used the "vanilla" version of DW to make and test the conversions.
