Default How to end first mission?

Dear all,

I'm sure that this question has been handled here many times, but I can't find an answer to my simple question: How do I end the first mission successfully? I sank two ships and one sub at Danzig Bay and then returned to Kiel base. Here I hit "End patrol", but in my Captain's log it's stated "Mission failed - User exit". Possible to resume from here or do I have to start a new career?

Second question: In my nav map there are no coordinates at the chart limits. Maybe I have accidentally disabled them in OEFV? I find only one entry in the NavMapOptions and that is "Show map coordinates" which is True. Any idea?

Thanks and best regards from a stormy german north sea coast

Stephan
