Mission Briefing Editing?

Ahoy, all!

Can the introductory Mission Briefing be edited. I have consulted the editor manual's screens, list of hotkeys, etc. and have not found anything to indicate it is possible. In fact, I don't find where much (if anything) is said about it.

Since it is amongst the first thing to compose when designing a new scenario, it means that the remainder of the design elements must remain true to it. If it cannot be edited, then it follows that I must save my work for future reference to a backup DW location I have and start the mission design all over again in the main DW location.
