User Charts Problems TWOS

Hello! I have been attempting to get The Wolves of Steel working for a bit now, and everything seems to be running smoothly, other than one thing. My User Charts box is empty. I have no charts! Which clearly will be an issue. I've got the actual box they should be in, just no tick boxes to flip through them. Any ideas on what might be going on?
