GWX - Submarine on Land

Hi,

I recently picked up SH3 GWX again and decided to dock at a few neutral ports early in the game. However, when I went back to begin my next patrol, my submarine starts on land. This has happened to me at two different neutral ports. The only other mod I have is merged campaign. However, the issue was occurring before I turned it on. I was just hoping it would fix it by updating the locations.

Does anyone have a clue what might be causing this, or if there's a fix out there for the issue?
