How to fully uninstall everything for a fresh restart?

So much is going on, and the fact that I don't really know much about computers, just leaves me sorting through 100 tabs and 4 different windows... I've never experienced something like this before, I just want to play a sub game!

I've determined that everything is probably just F'd and I want to fully get rid of all SH5 off my computer, so I can restart. I have the steam version, and I also have TWoS downloaded with those mods, but that's all. How could I uninstall it all and delete the files?
