TorpedoTubesFfireFinal Mod and Missing Radio Messages

Hello dear fellow captains!
Anyone has a link to download "TorpedoTubesFfireFinal" mod or something similiar? It is supposed to fix torpedo fire sequence voices. For example "rohr eins los. rohn eins los"
Also the replies to my patrol reports from bdu comes in empty. I am sure this is easy to fix and posted somewhere but I can't seem to be able to find it

I am currently using GWX 3 and a ton of JSGME mods. Also I am using SH3 Commander.
