The gloves go with whole uniform.
You would also get changed uniforms. Or you cut and paste them in yours. If you nowhow. I can provide a dl I have already 3 different. All grey but schnallen und niten and abzeichen Anders In detail all will be different

I really like the hands but the skin effect difference hand face can't be fixed.
So gloves are the only way. I have changed the raincoat gloves too. Black but with reflexion.
