Probably the best.
Start with the Tamiya Morris Mini Cooper in 1/24th scale, then go full-on crazy with everything from scratch building to scale metal work.
Am I jealous? No, I just want break all of his fingers and maybe an arm.  Seriously, there is a ton of info crammed into this vid and a lot of good ideas to show what is possible.
