Any way to edit keyboard shortcuts?

Hallo fellow Kaleuns!
I'm trying to get back to SH3 after more than a decade, and after installing SH3, GWX, SH3C, I'm all set to sail!
Except that now I'm playing on a laptop, which has a rather limited keyboard compared to that PC with which I enjoyed hunting long time ago.
For example, to change time compression, I need to press numpad + and -, while there is no numpad on a laptop.
I do not want to adjust time compression with my mouse every time, is there any way to map these shortcuts to some other keys?

try jimimadrid's keyboard utility in the download's section.

you can also use notepad and edit the Commands.Cfg in the CFG folder.
