Whatever your Apple product, MacBook, iPhone, iPad, whatever, it is NOT better than Microsoft's "spit in your eye" marketing and customer service. Check this out from the Canadian Broadcasting Company, CBC and learn what Apple is all about:

And if you visit Jessa Jones' You Tube channel, iPad Rehab, you'll see case after case of where Apple, rather than replacing obscenely overpriced $20 datalink cables, tell people that there's no way their data can be recovered and they'll just have to suck it up and spend another $1000 for a new iPhone (they're much more now) or $5,000 for a new triple priced MacBook.
