game crashes

I started the first mission (career) 1st flotilla type IIA with GWX and a few GWX mods, everything works perfectly, but accidentally I have removed the save games and have to start over again.
I want to start with another flotilla and another boat but that does not work, the game crashed.
Should I always start a career with a type IIA?

I played this game years ago. I think you have to earn it to upgrade your boat. That's what I recall..

You should be able to choose a different flotilla which will allow you to start with a different uboat. I have no problem doing this anyway.

Yes, I thought so too, but that does not work with me.
I am now on my way with my first patroulle type IIA (GWX) (87% realistic) and hope to come back with no problems about that.

Just another question: How do I manually change the dails and notepad in periscopeview

I've tried it now without extra mods and everything works, another flotilla, another boat VIIB

you should have tried removing the mods one by one until you found the culprit, i remember that -with a similar mod list- for me it was the New Interior mod that was causing the crash
