Its hard for me to imagine that the UK's new QE class carriers will only carry 40 aircraft, which includes the F35. Those ships will be so big, you would think they could carry a lot more planes then that!

Well...they also need to carry the equipment to fix the F-35s when they break down, and lots of it....
