Assign sounds to a keyboard letter key?

Is it possible to assign a sound file in the SOUND Sh.sdl to a keyboard letter key? I want to take the sound made when clicking the red FIRE button to the ENTER key on the keyboard, which also fires a torpedo.

In some mods the enter key does not fire a torpedo. So assigning a fire click sound would not be realistic.

In some mods the enter key does fire a torpedo and already has the sound when pressed.

If you assign the key to a task and that task has a sound then assigning a sound is already there by reason of assigning the task.
