ask about visability

Hi
I don’t know if this place is the Wright place to ask this question, if I am wrong tell me about it.
I want to ask what mod must load for clear visability,because I have install the dynamic environment sh5 v2-1 and everything is very dark I can see nothing and I am new user In realism 100% and is very difficult to play.

The current up to date version of Dynamic Environment is v2.9, why your using v2.1 ?
