What, he didn't go up in front of congress,,, what up with that, I would think they would hold our public officials to the same high standards they hold baseball players when,, they lie to congress, the last time, there was so much distraction about baseball dope-ing,, the housing market crashed,,.

Not surprising. Yankees will not fight it. Great way to dump his overinflated contract. Furthermore, the guy is riddled with injuries and a blemish on the organization. What he was doing was creating a poor image of professional baseball. Nobody to blame but himself.
