Special Abilitys Annoyances

Is Anyone else getting tired of seeing your petty officers receive Special Ability's
for compartments they don't have a Specialization for?



It seems a bit pointless to me as I don't like micro managing skills all day
you go here.. and you go there...*your good at this so you go here*

I wont be moving them anymore after I place them!

so I guess if anyone could work on the randomness to be not so random
when deciding what crew gets what special ability depending on what
compartment they are assigned to that would be one less annoyance.
