I can vouch for beer personally, although in my case it has bad side effects.

Like divorce, even more raving rants than I give already, slurring anger, etc..

I loves me some milk, cold to near frozen. mmmmmm.

That and your air conditioner, it is 90f plus for the next week here.

I don't plan on drinking. I've said that multiple times. I see too much bad come from it in my community.

AC is a wonderful invention too...it's also pretty good when the vents are above a ceiling fan.

Lying on a linoleum floor is another good way to cool off. Particularly if its built on a concrete slab. Acts as a great heat sink.

I can vouch for that.

That works wonders. Hardwood is good too. Of course you could just get a freezer that sits horizontally and lay in it.

take one of those spray bottles, clean anything that may be inside it, fill it with water and mist it onto your face. having 105 degree weather in the valleys of california i can vouch for this as well.

Wear a big coat, then you can feel cooler when you take it off.

Doesn't the laying on the floor kinda go along with the drinking of beer?
