Cant remember which MODS these were; Help!

Came back to Sh3 a bit ago and am trying to remember what MOD this was that I used to use, or if maybe they were included in GWX and I just haven't noticed it.

I remember there was a realism update by TheDarkWraith that made the DD's a bit blind after a depth charge explosion for a varying amount of time so that you could maneuver a bit and not be heard as easily. Does this still exist?

Then there was a 'all in one' mod that added a ton of cargo/cruiseline/misc. ships from all different countries in one file.
