Question to Ship Modders!

I just downloaded some of Molke2005
ship transfers from SH4 to SHIII,

his reade me files are in pure and hard German!

Impossible for me to reach...

I understand he talks about some other files
that are SH4 Library for SHIII
and SH4 Textures for SHIII

Now do I need this 2 files in order to make his
ships work over my game!?

This is one of his reade text !

UM DIE HMS KENT BENUTZEN ZU KÖNNEN, WERDEN ZWEI PAKETE DRINGEND BENÖTIGT:
- Library für SH3 – JSGME

- Texturen für SH3 – JSGME
Beide 7z-Pakete sind zum Download auf meiner Seite erhältlich.
