My own torpedo!!

Hi,

Last Scapa mission, launched 4 torp on Royal battleship from 3000m, and quickly turned around to escape...but one of my torp was circling...and happened what it should have happened

...my own torp hitted me!!

Fortunately, got only 2 officers badly wounded, and hull down to 28%...
Heading directly for bunker now!

Anyone experienced same stupid thing?

I sunk my self with my own Type IV Falke about 3 times.

I always forget to load the straight runner in the aft tube, and when i fire it at an enemy destroyer on my tail, it misses the destroyer and comes at me.

That saved the Royal Navy some time and money.
