Area 51
If you ever wondered how the A-12s got to Area 51.
I got to make two of these trips. Rear tiller steering relief driver. We would not even see a civilian car or truck, the roads had been cleared. http://www.roadrunnersinternationale..._the_a-12.html Came home on the Connie in the later pics. Use to fly from Burbank to the Area on it on Mondays and back home on Fridays or some times Saturday. Might stay two weeks when necessary. The SR-71 had a different transporter. Magic
