The Game Blew UP!!!

HI, no not really, it didn't go boom. However, when starting a new carrer it keeps crashing to desktop.

I am using Sobers most recent mod list. When I try to start the game again I am in dock, just before getting boat loadout and mission. I do not know where I stand in order of operations at that point, so choose gameplay options, boat load out and mission. I opted to start with Happy times.
All is good intill I load on boat and then it crashes to desktop.

The Debugview says:

I started playing in offline mode as sober suggests,but get the same message when playing online.

Is the Ubisoft server failing, or is there something i could do to fix this? Any help would be appreciated.
I am using a disk install not steam or other.
