Default Weird graphical error (Win 7 64)

I have searched the sub forum for similar instances, though due to the many random titles I haven't been able to find anything similar.

Whenever I enter a mission, the graphics are perfectly fine, as soon as I physically switch cameras. This happens...

I have no idea what it could be, drivers are up to date. I'm running the res-fix as I thought that might help but still nothing. If anyone has any ideas I'd be really appreciate them. I'll list my basic system specs below

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Proc: AMD Athlon II X2 dual-core processor
RAM: 4096MB RAM
GFX: Nvidia GeForce 6150SE nForce 430
Direct X: 11

I shouldn't be having any trouble running this with the fixes yet something just isn't right.

Edit: I can switch to the map view and TDC without getting the error, anything external is just a no no.

You need to list any mods you are using.

This happens also with the widescreen resolution fix? I mean, without it.

No mods, it's a fresh install.

I'm currently running the widescreen fix as I thought that this might have been the initial problem.

I would try disabling all kinds of performance tweaks for the SH3.exe file in the NVidia Control pannel. And see if one of them conflicts.

Or step back in driver versions. Newest is not always best.

I had an identical problem to this with Vista. Here's the link to the thread and the fix. Cheers

So the solution was to install DirectX 11? Or DirectX 9(.0c)? Or what exactly?
