load image to Album

Hi, Everyone!
I have a question. Why do not I see the function "load image to Album." Limit is exceeded, no. I deleted half of the pictures.
Maybe I'm a year older and I do not remember where to look?

If you deleted some of your images, wait until tomorrow and see if the system has reset your limit. Or, try making a new album and adding pictures.

Unfortunately did not help. In the current album still can not upload pictures.
I created a new album. And it can not upload pictures.
