Help please: CTD's making me crayzee

Hi all

I am having problems with CTD after 30 minutes-or-so gameplay and as a result have spent hours on the forum trying to find a solution. I have tried to match Sober's mod list as closely as possible with my mod soup after all the searching for solutions but to no avail

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Intel Core i5 M 450 @ 2.4GHz
8 Gig DDR3 ram
ATI mobility radeon HD 5650 (1 gig dedicated)
