Default Worker charged with Arson in USS Miami fire

http://www.bostonherald.com/news/nat...nHerald.com%29

Quote:
PORTLAND, Maine — A civilian employee set a fire that caused $400 million in damage to a Navy submarine because he was suffering from anxiety and wanted to get out of work early, Navy investigators said in a complaint filed today. Casey James Fury, 24, of Portsmouth, N.H., faces up to life in prison on two counts of arson for allegedly setting fire to the USS Miami nuclear-powered attack submarine while it was in dry dock on May 23, and setting a second fire outside the sub on June 16.

Idea of arson happening in Navy yard didn't even come into my mind...

I think that guy is a spineless lair claiming that he was having anxiety. He lies according to his own statements,

"Fury further explained to (the examiner) that he had failed to admit his involvement...because he was scared and because everything was blurry to him and his memory was impacted due to his anxiety and the medication he was taking at the time."

Right so you did set the fire to get out of work but you said nothing because you where scared and everything was blurry to him yet he recalled setting the fire and the reason why he set it.

What a stupid idiot man if you want to get out of work lie and say that you are feeling ill or something anything is better than starting a fire. Some people are just very stupid clearly and then try to hide their stupidity by coming up with a lame excuse and blaming it on common medication.

I hope he has many years of anxiety in a cell.

If this guy has such bad anxiety how in the hell did he pass the job interview for any job for that matter?

Arson in British Navy yards is crime which many people believe is still punishable by death

Pin him to the wall at the Horse and Cow (favorite submarine hang out of the sixties) and then waterboard him after a tank full of beer.

Good! Now while he is waiting his trial they could store him in cage placed on gibbet right outside the yard's gates.
