I've been off SH5 for awhile and need to renew my knowledge.
Question 1: Do I have to have my periscope centered at the ship before I enter the AOB or can I have the periscope set totally random before I do that? Question 2: When I measure the AOB on a ship using the protractor tool, should I put the ending at the front of the ship or should I draw the line to the middle of the ship, and do I have to do the same with my own uboat too? Question 3: In exactly how few words can you give me a lightening tutorial/explanation how to track a ship reported on the radio, you know they report the ship and then you need to plot a route to intercept it, can you explain it in very short words, as short and descriptive as possible? Question 4: When I have TheDarkWraith's latest NewUI installed I noticed that british destroyers (Class A) dropped sink mines below 90 metres, british sink mines didn't go deeper than 90 metres as far as I know, perhaps i'm wrong here? Question 5: (continuation from question 4) and will they go empty of sink mines and eventually leave me alone? They kept following me for hours. (IRAI AI installed too, f.y.i) Question 6: Will lowering resolution increase stability of the game, any thoughts on that? Question 7: When attacking a convoy, all ships have the same speed and course, which makes it easy to target them all using the same settings for all, but as soon as you attack one ship, the rest is changing course and making a mess of TDC data, any ideas how to solve that problem, other than attacking the furthest ships first (synchronizing the attacks)? Question 8: The executive officer graduated from murwick, and if you mount a rudder on him you can call him a torpedo, question is, should I stuff him in the front or back torpedo house? What speed settings will he travel most efficiently? Question 9: I like navigation, do anyone have anything interesting to teach away about navigation? |
