I liked how the reviewer remarked upon the Starcraft game and how it was usually played with just the plain battle map in order to remove the clutter. I just hope that AC has the same ability for players to just turn off the silly 3D images that are just worthless in combat.

You can switch the main screen between 3D and the main map.
