[REL] re-build Queen Elizabeth Class battleship re-fitted

Hello!

One year ago, Kovall converted the SH5 model of the re-build Queen Elizabeth Class battleships (QE and Valiant) to SH3. Here's the model re-worked for better fitting SH3 aesthetics.

The re-fit included changes to meshes, painting of textures, UV mapping, plus addition of smaller items, weapons and so on.

Credits: Koval for the conversion, xAlex99x and privateer for hints to solve mesh issues, Rowi58 for suggestions on wake and draught settings.
