OHII Higher Tonnage

I don't know if this can be answered, but how much more higher tonnage is added?

OK, for the first mission Eastern Coastal Waters:
Stock game tonnage was 100,000
OHII tonnage is 70,000
So how much is the Higher tonnage mod for OHII for this mission?

South Western Approaches:
Stock game tonnage was 50,000
OHII tonnage is 20,000
and Higher tonnage mod?

This will help me get a general idea of how much more is added with OHII higher tonnage mod.

Also can I add it without restarting campaign, do I have to be at port to do it?
