RSRDC Convoy and Shipping Landes

Is there any map / chart available which shows the convoy routes and shipping lanes in RSRDC? I read all the readme's which come with the mod but cannot find any clear information about this (except "historical correctness").

Is there any random ship or convoy traffic left in RSRDC?
