How Do I?

where do i make the adjustments to have my U-boats name in sync with reports and such.

For example my in game journal at the top of page says U-21 (TheDarkWraith), radio messages that are send to me are something like U-32? Im so confused, I dont know who I am ;D

It could be those messages are for u-96 boat, and not for you. i get messages all the time that are for other boats. Try turning down the range you will recieve reports. I believe its the button up top that starts out at 250. try turning it down to like 100 or 50. Maybe then you wont recieve messages directed at other U-Boats
