Searching for some information

Well I'm still new here but from what I understand most of SH5 is modded through scripts, now I'm all for realism but at times I'd like to just fool around so I'm looking for what I would need to modify in order to increase starting renown and skill points.

I would also like to know what I would need to change in order to get a different sub in the beginning of the game, any information regarding this would be appreciated.
