Can someone tell how to get these 2 original files back?

There found in this directory:C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Silent Hunter 3\data\Textures\TNormal\tex

By accident i copy/pasted two mod files

sobers real smoke darker and a brown tint1.1

you have steam version. You always can re-download, as one of the options.
