SH5 Watch officer spotting ships Submerged

Well I'm not sure what the problem is and I'm very certain the watch officer or (crew) is not suspose to be spotting ships when I'm submerged even if my periscope is up? I uninstalled all my mods using stock 1.2 and this problem still occured. Is there a fix for this?

I'm not able to use that patch, (hydrophone fix), that came out, and I'm also wondering what mods fix all the SH5 bugs, and which order I need to install them in. Once I have those in, I will add my enviornment, sound mods etc, back in
