Mission not functioning

Can somebody help?
I am in the coastal waters campaign,and trying to sink the 50.000 tons in the north western approaches. I have sunk ships between england and ireland, on the north of ireland (where i was asked to patrol) and near the red line that is shown when you click on the cross of the mission. There is no way to make the white bar of tonnage to progress.
Where are supposed the ships to be sunk? Or the tonnage is counting although the bar does not progress? Or is it due to a bug? The second part of the mission, to sink the carrier is not explained, just an ununderstandable text....

There are no "Sink carriers" objectives in OHII
Did you start a new career after installing it

I assumed it is the carrier sink objective, as it was in the stock game, because i can´t read the real objective; it also shows the carrier patrol area south of ireland, as in the stock game.
I did not start a new campaign, i continue where i was in stock game when i modded the game.

And my almost 200.000 tons, and renown battleship sunk?

I will install also v 1.4 patch 2 too.
